A new report says a vacation home that was once worth $2 million is worth just $1,000 now.
The report, from real estate website Zillow, shows the home sold for $1.1 million in June 2015.
Zillotown has since sold the home for $2.3 million.
The listing agent said that he sold the property in March 2016 for $834,000, and that he recently bought another one for $600,000.
The home is in a nice, well-preserved area, with lots of parking and lots of privacy.
The buyer, who is an owner and a director of the local chapter of the National Organization for Marriage, told Zillower that the house was not a big deal to him, and he could afford it.
The seller said he bought the home at a foreclosure sale.
He said he had a mortgage and that it was all done with his own money, which he said he made with his taxes and savings.
“I’ve always been really proud of this house,” the buyer said.
He did not know the home’s current price, but he said it was “very nice.”
The property was purchased by the real estate agent who sold it.
“He was very nice and gracious with us,” the agent said.
The agent said he and his wife and their four children had been looking at vacation homes and thought the one they were interested in had to be worth $1 million.
“It’s a really nice home,” the man said.
“This is what we’re looking for.”
The agent did not immediately respond to ABC News’ request for comment.
Zills vacation home is near the Orlando International Airport and has a view of the water and the ocean.
The property has a spacious yard and a front porch with a porch deck.
The sale price was listed as $1 in Zillows listing, which Zillowers does not normally post.
It was $2,788,000 in May 2016.
Zilow did not have a comment on the sale price.
